Autopilot's native Intercom integration makes it easy to:
- nurture Intercom leads and users in in Autopilot;
- tag Intercom leads and users based on events that occur in Autopilot; and
- add or update Intercom leads and users in your CRM, such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.
How to connect to Intercom
You can connect to Intercom in Settings:
Click "Connect to Intercom" and follow the login steps on Intercom.
How to map fields
Once connected, you can map your Intercom fields to Autopilot's fields in Field Mappings:
This is optional, however if you do so it will mean that when any Autopilot contact is added or updated via one of the triggers below, we will pull in the current value for that field in Intercom and update the mapped fields in Autopilot.
Please note if you don't see certain fields available (e.g. "Company name") this is because the fields made available to us are restricted to what Intercom refers to as "Customer Data Attributes". Learn more here.
