This action tags a lead or user in Intercom.
To use this trigger you need to connect to Intercom in Settings. Once connected, you could use this action to tag leads or users in Intercom based on any number of events that occur in Autopilot, for example:
What if the Autopilot contact that enters the action doesn't currently exist in Intercom?
They will be added to Intercom as a new record. You can decide whether to add them as a lead or user:
How is it determined if someone already exists in Intercom?
We check if someone with the same email address exists, since this is Autopilot's unique identifier.
