To configure the trigger, select a playbook, and then a specific lead stage if you wish to do so:
Lead stage is optional, so if you want the trigger to fire for any lead stage, simply select "any".
Once you have configured the action, you could create a Journey such as this one:
I don't see all of my playbooks on the trigger, why?
Drift only makes playbooks available that have had their goal reached by a contact after you connected to Autopilot. So if you don't see a specific playbook, you can make it appear by testing a playbook with a new contact and reaching its goal.
A Drift contact reached a goal, and they didn't enter my Journey, why?
This may be because they don't have an email address. In Autopilot email address is our unique identifier. So to avoid adding duplicates we'll only add a contact via this trigger if they have an email address.
