How do contact plan upgrades and downgrades work?
You can view our fair usage billing policy on our pricing page. As noted in that policy, we'll only bill you for what you use. So if you go over your existing contact plan we'll automatically upgrade you, but similarly, if you go under your existing contact plan we'll automatically downgrade you. All billing is done in a prorated way so you'll always be billed fairly.
You can also manually upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by going to Settings and then clicking the "Change Plan" button. This is necessary if you want to downgrade below the plan you initially purchased at.
What do the support packages include?

What are "add-ons" and what do they include?
Add-ons are optional functionality and services. You can learn more about them on our pricing page.
Are companies counted towards my total contacts?
No, we don't count companies towards your total.
Are anonymous visitors counted towards my total contacts?
No, we don't count anonymous visitors towards your total.
I am importing contacts that already exist in Autopilot in order to update them, will I be charged?
No, we only charge for new contacts.
