Autopilot: Condition - Has Submitted Form

This condition checks if a contact has submitted a specific tracked form.

The condition has two outcomes:

  • Has submitted
  • Has not submitted

Below is an example of how you can use this condition to send a different email based on whether a contact has submitted a specific form:

You don't have to connect both the "Has submitted" and "Has not submitted" outcomes to another shape. However, if you only use one outcome, those contacts that don't meet your criteria will end their Journey.
