This condition checks if a contact is on a particular contact list or smart segment.
The condition has two outcomes:
- Yes: is on the list or smart segment
- No: is not on the list or smart segment
Below is an example of how you can use this condition to send a different confirmation email to contacts that submit a form, based on whether they are on a customers list:
You don't have to connect both the "Yes" and "No" outcomes to another shape. However, if you only use one outcome, those contacts that don't meet your criteria will end their Journey.
