Autopilot: How to configure Twilio to capture incoming messages
You need to add some configuration in Twilio in order to use:
- the SMS Received trigger;
- reply capture on the Send SMS action; and
- reply outcomes on the Send SMS action.
The steps vary slightly depending on whether you're setting up a phone number or Messaging Service.
Phone Number Configuration
Go to the phone number configuration in Twilio, select the phone number, and then add the following under "Messaging":

Messaging Service Configuration
Go to the Messaging Services configuration in Twilio, select a Messaging Service, "Integration", "Send a webhook", and then add the following under "Request URL":

When a contact sends a message to the number or Messaging Service it will be displayed in the Activity Feed:
